Can all products be personalized?

Yes. Every Atelier Muriel product can be personalized with a cross-stitched name, where the product has enough space.

 

Which embroidery colors can I choose from?

You can choose from light blue, pink, red, white, or cream, depending on the product and availability.

 

How long does it take to prepare an order?

Each item is made to order. Preparation typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the number of orders in progress.

 

How many orders does Muriel make each week?

To maintain the quality of her work, Muriel completes a limited number of orders each week.

 

Is gift wrapping included?

Yes. Every order is carefully prepared and wrapped like a little gift, ready to give.

 

Is shipping within Italy included?

Yes. Shipping within Italy is included in the price.

 

Do you also ship to Europe?

Yes. Atelier Muriel also ships to Europe. European shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

Can I return a personalized product?

Each personalized product is embroidered to order. For this reason, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted for personalized items.

 

What happens if the product arrives damaged or is different from what I ordered?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item and its packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with care.

 

Can I enter a very long name?

It depends on the product and the space available for embroidery. If the name you enter is not suitable, Muriel will contact you before making the item.

 

Can I request a phrase instead of a name?

The main personalization option is a name. For special requests, you can use the “Notes for Muriel” field on the product page or contact us before placing your order.

 

Where are the products made?

Each product is hand-embroidered by Muriel in her home atelier.
