Returns and exchanges

Every Atelier Muriel product is personalized and embroidered to order.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items if you simply change your mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If a product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item and its packaging.

We will do our best to resolve the issue with care.

 

 

Names and personalization

Before confirming your order, please carefully check the name entered for the embroidery.

If the name entered does not fit the available space on the product you selected, Muriel will contact you before making it.

 

 

Made-to-order items

Each personalized item is made especially for the order received. For this reason, once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled unless otherwise agreed with Atelier Muriel.
