Each item is made to order. Preparation times are approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the number of current orders. Shipping within Italy is included in the price.

Returns and exchanges

Personalized items are embroidered upon request and cannot be returned if you change your mind. In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
